What is the Bautri system?
The Bautri system is a clever combination of a head plate and three wedge-shaped foot elements that connects construction or formwork supports to form a stable tripod. It is suitable for various supports in accordance with DIN EN 1065 as well as for spindle supports such as the Ischebeck Titan HV.
What is the Bautri system suitable for?
The Bautri system is used to lift or support loads of up to 2000 kg. Whether for rescue, pulling roots or supporting loads - thanks to the telescopic supports, the system can be used flexibly on any load-bearing surface.
How does the structure work?
The Bautri system is easy to set up and can be done by a single person. The supports are attached to the head plate, the foot elements are attached and the length of the supports is adjusted. The system is then erected and can be precisely leveled.
Why screw connections?
Aren't these impractical?
Screw connections offer a secure, cross-brand connection as they adapt perfectly to the different anchor plates of the supports. Alternative connection methods have proven to be impractical. In addition, the screw connections in threads do not need to be counter-tightened, which simplifies and speeds up assembly. If a screw connection is damaged, it can be replaced.
Are there any special requirements for using the Bautri system?
The Bautri system is compatible with supports of DIN EN 1065, classes B, D or BD, regardless of brand, without any structural changes being necessary. Assembly and operating instructions are included, and the system has been statically calculated. However, it cannot bear the CE marking, as it is legally considered an incomplete machine.

The Bautri system is characterized by its minimal space requirements and the use of standardized supports that are available worldwide and are inexpensive. It is suitable for a wide range of applications that could previously only be covered by expensive special systems. Manufactured in Germany, it offers an efficient solution for a variety of applications. Certification for personal rescue is currently being processed by DEKRA.
