Aufbau des Systems
In diesem Video erkläre ich den Aufbau des Bautri-Systems und gehe auf die Unterschiede und Besonderheiten der Stützen ein.
Im Video ist noch ein älteres Design des Systems zu sehen.
Suitable ceiling supports

Which ceiling supports are suitable?
Ceiling Supports
The Bautri system is manufacturer-independent and compatible with almost all construction and formwork props in accordance with EN 1065, as well as comparable aluminum spindle props such as Peri Multiprop and Ischebeck Titan HV; suitable for prop lengths of 2–4 m (EN 1065). Since August 2025, compatibility with Ischebeck Titan 2 (asymmetrical hole pattern) has also been ensured by the fifth hole per mounting point.

What should you pay attention to with the ceiling supports?
Eyelet Pattern
Anchor plates vary in dimensions and material thicknesses, and rusty or warped plates may also occur. It is important to use the correct hole pattern for connection to the Bautri system. Requirements for anchor plates: Flat design 4 holes in a 80 × 80 mm grid Hole diameter of at least 12 mm Various anchor plates are securely fixed using the system's threaded screws in order to reliably absorb high forces. Exception: DOKA Eurex has holes with a diameter of 9 mm. For safety reasons, “drilling out” is strongly discouraged, even if it may occur in practice.

What is the difference between Class B and BD supports?
Designations
EN 1065 defines different types of props, which vary in terms of their load-bearing capacity and length. The two most common classes are B and BD. The class designation is often followed by a number, such as B30. This number indicates the maximum length of the prop, in this case 300 cm. Class B Good ratio between weight, price, and extension length Usually equipped with internal thread: protects the thread from contamination Permissible tensile load: up to 2.5 t with a system height of up to 4.0 m Class B Meets all requirements of class B, but offers higher load capacity with slightly higher weight Usually with external thread: prevents the lower tube from slipping out and protects against twisting – important for the use of heavy-duty castors, maximum stability Permissible tensile load: up to 3.3 t with a system height of up to 3.5 m

Are there any other ceiling supports?
Aluminum spindle supports
The Bautri system is compatible with two well-known and widely used aluminum spindle supports: Ischebek Titan HV and Peri Multiprop. The Ischebek Titan HV can be used without restriction, while the Peri Multiprop requires M10 hammerhead screws to connect to the foot elements of the Bautri system, as the hole pattern connects directly to the box profile. The hammerhead screws are available in the shop.
