Can I use my existing shoring props and save money?

Yes — that is the core of the Bautri system. It works with standard formwork props to EN 1065 as well as equivalent aluminium spindle props.

How well does the system work on uneven ground, at height or in hard-to-reach areas?

Thanks to simple levelling with standardised shoring props, you can create an absolutely safe base on virtually any load-bearing surface.

Why does Bautri use bolts instead of a quick-connect system?

Bolted connections are demonstrably safer under load and can be reproducibly tested — DEKRA certification to EN 795 B requires this type of connection. Compatibility is just as decisive: the top and bottom anchor plates of all shoring props to EN 1065 and equivalent aluminium adjustable props share a common denominator — an 80 × 80 mm hole pattern with four bores of at least 12 mm diameter. The anchor plates themselves often vary in size or thickness and are frequently slightly bent or soiled with mortar. Thanks to this standardised hole pattern, that makes no difference: the bolted connection always fits and creates a highly stable joint. A plug-in (quick-connect) system could not accommodate this tolerance for deformed, worn or dirty anchor plates.

Can the system be set up by one person?

Yes. The compact Bautri system (only approx. 13 kg) is ready for use in minutes by a single person — without heavy lifting, without complicated setup, without special tools.

Bautri WORK or Bautri RESCUE – which is right for me?

Bautri WORK is approved for material loads to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Bautri RESCUE is additionally certified to EN 795 B / CEN/TS 16415 for personal safety.

Why is the maximum load capacity sometimes stated as 3.3 t and sometimes as 2.5 t?

The load capacity depends on the props and extension. With BD props below 3.50 m extension, 3.3 t is approved; with standard props, 2.5 t.
