The base plate set gives every foot of the Bautri system a firm, level footing – on lawn, soil, mulch and gravel. Three plates made of recycled plastic, measuring 30 × 30 × 3 cm, one per foot element. A precisely milled recess on top takes the foot element and holds it in position, while the profiled underside grips the ground.
Anyone pulling roots rarely stands on flat concrete. That is exactly what these plates are made for: if you work on changing ground, they are practically a must.
Key benefits
Much lower ground pressure: the load is spread over 30 × 30 cm instead of just the footprint of the foot element. On soft ground, lawn or mulch the feet sink in considerably less.
A level footing on gravel: on coarse ground the plate creates the flat surface the foot element needs to sit fully.
Protects the anti-slip pads: sharp stones no longer press into the pad on the underside of the foot elements.
Precise fit: the recess is matched exactly to the foot element – the foot sits in the recess instead of lying loose on the plate.
Grip in the ground: the profile on the underside bites into the soil and keeps the plate in place.
Very robust: solid 3 cm thick plates of recycled plastic for tough use on site and in the garden – simply hose them down.

How it works
Lay the plates at the three set-up points, profiled side down. Set up the system and place each foot element into the recess of its plate – done. No tools required.
