Portal lift
Two Bautri tripods with a formwork beam or steel beam between them – up to 4 m high. Underneath there is room for trailers, vehicles or a pit.
Conventional tripods lift vertically at a single point. From the same components, the Bautri system can also be set up as a portal or a cantilever arm – for loads above trailers, trenches, edges and floor openings. For Bautri Work and Bautri Rescue.
We know of no comparable tripod made from construction props that can also be used as a portal and a cantilever arm.
The Bautri system is DEKRA-tested for tensile and compressive loads of up to 3.3 t. This applies to the Bautri system itself – the standard configuration is the tripod.
The KA101 adapter flange comes with a structural calculation and is available as a ready-made component set in the shop.
You choose and take responsibility for the beam, its fastening and the stability of the portal. We are happy to advise you beforehand.

A beam projects beyond the head plate. The load hangs beside the tripod – over an edge or a floor opening.
Rhönkonzept supplies the Bautri components. Assembling them into a portal or cantilever arm and using it are outside our scope of supply and the responsibility of the user. The DEKRA test refers to the Bautri system, not to the beam, its fastening or the stability of the complete set-up.
The photos and videos show application examples and are not assembly instructions.
Tell us the load, span and ground – we will tell you which Bautri components you need.
