  • Testing the maximum tensile load

    Two different EN 1065 props were tested in this test. B40 props with a length of 4 m and the more load-bearing BD35 props with a length of 3.5 m.

    • B40 with 4 m, 38 kN over 3 min. Approved for a load of 2.5 t (safety factor 1.5). The approval also covers BD props up to 4 m in length, as these are designed for higher loads.
    • BD35 with 3.5 m, 50 kN over 3 min. Approved for a load of 3.3 t (safety factor 1.5). The approval up to 3.3 t does not include class B props!

  • Testing personal safety equipment

    The test was carried out with EN 1065 class B supports with a length of 4 m. All supports of the same length and shorter supports of class B and BD are therefore covered. The tests were passed successfully and the Bautri Rescue is certified for securing up to 3 people at the same time in accordance with DIN 795:2012 (Type B) and CEN/TS 16415/2017.
