Shipping Methods
Rhönkonzept GmbH (bautri.de) delivers to addresses within Germany and other EU countries. For parcel shipping, we work with GLS, Hermes, and DHL. For bulky or very heavy shipments (e.g., pallets), we use a freight forwarding service – in this case, we cooperate with Cargoboard (freight forwarding). Delivery is made directly to the delivery address you specify.
Shipping Costs
- Germany: For orders of €100.00 or more (including VAT), we deliver free of charge within Germany. For orders below this amount, shipping costs apply, depending on the size and weight of the shipment. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before the order is finalized.
- Freight forwarding: For deliveries via freight forwarding (e.g., pallet shipping via Cargoboard), additional shipping costs always apply, regardless of the order value. These special shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.
- EU countries: Deliveries to other EU countries are always subject to shipping charges. The applicable costs vary depending on the weight and volume of the ordered goods. The shipping costs are displayed transparently during the ordering process.
All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping and delivery costs are not included in the product price and, if applicable, are charged separately.
Payment Methods
We offer you the following payment options:
- PayPal: Fast and secure payment via your PayPal account. After completing the order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment.
- Prepayment (bank transfer): You transfer the invoice amount to our bank account after placing your order. Our bank details can be found in the order confirmation. The goods will be shipped once the payment has been received in our account.
- Stripe (credit card, instant transfer): Convenient payment by credit card (e.g., Visa, MasterCard) or instant transfer via the payment service provider Stripe. The process is handled securely and with encryption.
- Purchase on account: Payment by invoice is only available to government agencies and associations. This option is available exclusively after a successful credit check.
