The set of three 125 mm swivel castors lets you reposition the assembled Bautri system instead of dismantling and rebuilding it: push it once, engage the brakes at the new spot, carry on working. On firm, level ground this saves you the full set-up and take-down every time.
Please read first: what the castors are for – and what they are not
The castors are there to change the position of the system. They are not designed to stay fitted during heavy lifting operations.
Before any heavy lifting – such as root pulling or lifting heavy loads – the castors must be removed. The system then stands on its foot elements again.
While the castors are fitted, the entire system including any suspended load must not exceed 200 kg. Taking a small load along is therefore possible – secured with a lashing strap around the three feet, as shown in the third product photo. The actual lifting work is done without the castors.

Typical uses
As a lighting stand: mount site lighting or a floodlight on the Bautri system and push it to wherever light is needed – here the castors can stay on permanently, because there is no lifting load.
In gantry lifting: move the assembled gantry along the work area instead of setting it up again each time.
Moving around the yard: shift the system between two work stations without dismantling it – within the 200 kg limit, light attachments included.
Fitting
Each castor is bolted to the base plate of the foot element with four M8 × 20 mm bolts. No drilling – the mounting holes are already there. Bolts and nuts are supplied.

Important safety information
Remove the castors before heavy lifting. Root pulling, load lifting and comparable work are carried out exclusively without the castors fitted.
Do not exceed 200 kg total weight while the castors are fitted. The figure covers the system itself, all attachments and any suspended load – not the load alone.
Move only on firm, load-bearing and level ground such as concrete, asphalt or paving. Not on soft ground, soil, gravel, slopes or stairs.
Engage all three brakes whenever the system is stationary. Move slowly and step by step; secure any load you take along with a lashing strap beforehand, and never move with a swinging load.
The castors are no substitute for guying or securing the system. Continue to follow the operating instructions for the Bautri system.
